Abstract

A field experiment was carried out at the Extension farm in Province 41 of Husseiniya, Babylon Governorate to study the effect of Inoculation of Mycorrhizae and sprayedof nano seaweeds extract and nano specific fertilizer on growth and yield of wheat cultivar Adana 99. The experiment included8 treatments Inoculation of Mycorrhizae Glomus mosseae (GM), spray of Nano seaweeds extract (NSWE), Nano specific fertilizer (NSF), di (GM+NSWE), (GM+NSF), (NSWE+NSF), tri (GM+ NSWE+NSF) and spray with water only as control for comparison with three replicates in a simple one-way experience using RCBD design. A number of growth criteria in plant and yield (quality and quantity) parameters were recorded.

The results of statistical analysis showed LSD0.05 was Inoculation of Mycorrhizae Glomus mosseae (GM), spraying of (NSWE) and (NSF) followed by the spraying combine dofdi (GM+NSWE), (GM+NSF), (NSWE+NSF) and tri (GM+ NSWE+NSF), treatment srespectively in all growth and yield parameters of wheat with an increment of the tri combination (GM+ NSWE+NSF) of 89.92cm, 12.22 cm, 60.52 spad, (2.55,0.5 and 2.38) %, (130.55,38.38,33.70 and 74.89) µg g-1 for plant height, length of spike, total chlorophyll, concentration of N, P, K, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn in grain respectively compared to control treatment. The same treatment was significantly superior in grain and protein yield of 6.684Mg ha-1 and 970.32 kg ha-1 compared to control 4.019 Mg ha-1 and 404.72 kg h-1 respectively, harvest index were in the range (from 35.3to 45.6%) for control and tri combination with significant superiority for the tri, bilateral combinations and mono treatments followed. The highest efficiency of fertilization for production % it was achieved superiority when tri combination of (GM+ NSWE+NSF) 66.3% compare with other treatments.
